This year, Tommy Hilfiger partnered with Hollywood actress, screenwriter and producer Drew Barrymore to photograph this year’s BHI ambassador, the Anglo-French singer and actress Charlotte Gainsbourg. On the 1st October the limitied edition tote bag was released and an impressive £80 from every bag sold (£255) will be directly donated to the Fund for Living, a global BHI initiative that provides assistance to women with breast cancer and their families by covering costs that may not be covered by traditional health insurance programmes.
 

 

The bag happened to sell out within 24 hours in the US and is now available for UK customers online with free delivery. I think it's great that the brand have been involved with donating to Breast Health International for six years running now and that they come up with such campaigns to support this.

lazy american pancakes

Lazy cooking is the way forward in my book, who can be bothered to get out the weighing scales and start from scratch when you just want a quick breakfast. My local Waitrose have a big selection of Betty Crocker quick mixes and I like to try something new out every now and then. Today was the turn of the American pancake, you just add water to the plastic jug and shake for a minute and then the mixture is ready to pour onto a hot frying pan. It's as simple as that and after a few minutes you have diner style pancakes to finish off with a drizzle of syrup.
