Although I've now had my new iphone for around six months or so already I'm actually yet to invest in a single case for it, I do kind of resent forking out for a case as most of them are pretty expensive and the phone itself costs enough as it is. That being said, the less grumpy side of me is in love with the cases above. I just love simple design and on-trend prints; for that reason both numbers 2 and 3 are definitely my favourites out of the bunch. 

pastel rainbow cupcakes

I created these pastel cupcakes pretty much by accident as I was initially hoping for bright neon rainbow cupcakes but the food dyes that I used weren't as vivd as I was expecting, they turned out to be the best accident I've ever made though. They are incredibly easy to make, you just make a regular batch of cake mixture then spoon it into separate bowls for each colour of dye, then splodge random spoonfuls of each mix on top of one another in the cake cases. Be sure to not overcook your cupcakes as this will make them too brown on the outside and the colours won't show through half as well. I went for the wet kind of icing that's made up from equal amounts of icing sugar and water mixed together, I love how tasty this makes the cakes but doesn't detract from the pretty colours either.

OH MY MOTEX EMBOSSING LABEL MAKER - £9.99

Behold one of the best things I have bought in a long time, a label maker. I'm starting to turn into one of those crazy people who just labels anything and everything just for the sake of it. Jokes aside, it's a really nifty little gadget to have, you can spruce up jars in the kitchen, make trendy greetings cards and use it to label make-up drawers. The label maker is super easy to use, you just turn the wheel round to a desired letter and squeeze the handle to punch it in. The backing of the tape is adhesive too meaning you don't have to mess around with any glue. I got mine from ebay for a great price, you can even buy neon coloured tape if you prefer bright colours.
